The online booking function made available through the Channels is designed to facilitate appointment requests to CMHHK or its affiliated clinics/centres. Submission of an appointment request does not guarantee acceptance and confirmation of the request. CMHHK will notify users of the online booking function the outcomes via email, phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or other suitable form of communication. CMHHK reserves the right to amend booking details and is not liable for any consequences or losses resulted from or arisen out of unsuccessful booking attempts. By submitting a booking request, you agree to waive any claim against CMHHK for any such liability.

You acknowledge and agree that by disclosing and/or submitting any information to CMHHK through the Channels, you warrant that you have the full power, legal capacity and authority to disclose and/or submit such information, and that the use of such information in accordance with these Terms shall not expose CMHHK to any claim, liability, or prosecution.

All materials available on the Channels including but not limited to information, documents, images, videos, and data (collectively, the “Materials”), are the intellectual property of CMHHK and are protected by copyright. All rights of CMHHK are reserved.

The interpretations of these Terms shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of CMHHK.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. CMHHK’s interpretation and decision on any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be final and binding.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the HKSAR in the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your access and/or use of the Channels.
